As prayer culture approaches next week, we think it is a great time to stop and reflect on prayer.  What does Jesus say about it?  How are prayer and God’s will related?  What happens if God does not answer our prayers? These are just a few of the questions that will be answered as we search with in the scriptures and spend time getting refreshed and encouraged.  We would love to have you join us for this special service.

A Church Transformed

11/26/2023
We will discover that personal transformation in a Christian's life goes far beyond the notion of self-improvement or trying to be our best selves. It is not about merely fixing a few flaws in an otherwise decent person and it certainly cannot be achieved through our own efforts. The Bible truthfully acknowledges that we, as individuals, are deeply flawed and broken, unable to mend ourselves. True transformation takes place when we allow Jesus to rescue us.
Paul Andris

The Wealth of Wisdom & The Way of Worship
Proverbs 1

9/25/2024
The Proverbs are often seen as simple, practical statements by which we gain insight and understanding. However, to the Jew and to the Christian, the wealth of wisdom in the proverbs is best seen in the lifestyle of the one who walks in the "Way of Wisdom." Walking in the practical wisdom of the Proverbs produces benefits for the one who walks in a disciplined, ordered, God-fearing and God-honoring lifestyle, but far greater than the benefits of walking in wisdom is that by doing so we worship the only wise God, reflecting His wisdom to the world around us.

Psalm 23
Psalm 23

10/23/2024
In Psalm 23, David reflects on his relationship with God.  Utilizing Hebrew figurative language, David poetically paints many pictures of God's characteristics and attributes that he has experienced and enjoys in his life.  Not only is Psalm 23 one of the most famous pieces of literature in human history, it is also an invitation for the reader to reflect on God; Who He is: and the intimacy, devotion and dependency He calls us to have from, in and through Him.
